Bachelor of Science in Food Technology (B.Sc Food Technology) is a 3-year UG Programme that is divided into six semesters. In each semester students have to study five courses, along with a project report in the last semester. The program also includes practical aspects like field visits and industrial visits.

Further Opportunities

Our students are encouraged to train themselves at various food industries like dairy, meat, sugar, fruits, vegetables and confectionery within the state, Country and even outside the country for 15 days and a presentation on this will help them to gain much needed application level experiences that enable them to experience what they have been taught from the theory part. After Pursuing this course, there will be a wide range of further academic or career opportunities.
