The Application Process

Start Online Submission

The Online Application Starts with the process of gathering necessary information to be submitted in the online application form which includes soft copy of your eligibility documents

Submit The Form

Submit the Online Form below and upload soft copy of your eligibility documents like secondary school certificates, undergraduate certificates etc and ensure data is correct before submitting.

Review The Submission

Our Office Staff will review your submission and will verify the documents you have submitted and will communicate with you if we need any further clarification.

Waiting Period

After your submission is verified, there will a short waiting period. First Come First Serve Priority is applied to the applications. When your turn comes, You will called up to the college along with your parents for the interview.

Interviewing Process

Sree Gokulam College will interview you as a canditate in multiple levels and ensure you are apt for studying in our college. The interview would be simple and there wont be any requirement of special preparations.

Last Decision

Final Decision on Admission is taken after the canditate interview and hard copy verification proceedures at our college office. Welcome to your new academic college life at Sree Gokulam Arts & Science College, Pazhuvil.

Things To Know First

All Students should register their names with the University of Calicut under Centralized Admission Process (CAP). 50% of our seats will be filled from the general merit list as per the university guidelines. The remaining 50% seats are filled under management quota. The application form can be availed from our college office also. Course fees would be collected as per Govt. rules.

You will need :

  • Mark list of the qualifying exam & pass certificate
  • TC from last institution
  • Conduct Certificate
  • SSLC / Class X Certificate
  • 6 Copies of Recent Passport Size Photograph & 2 Stamp Size Photograph of the Application
  • Self Attested Copy of Aadhar Card
